Zarar Saleem founded Business Needs
Consulting Group Inc. in October of 2000. He
is an experienced professional in managing,
planning, executing and successfully
completing projects stemming from Executive
Management Teams, Board of Directors and
Partnership Boards. Prior to incorporating
BN Consulting, he provided his services to
clients as an independent consultant for a
number of years.
With exceptional hard and soft skills,
multi-industry and multi-faceted
organisational experience gained over
several
years, Zarar has worked with Law Firms,
Energy Providers, Insurance Companies, Investment Firms, Banks, Food Distributors,
Retailers, Government Departments and other
blue-chip companies in North America and
Internationally. Some of his projects
include: SAP R/3 project management & risk advisory, IS
audit and compliance, organizational restructuring, PMO
establishment, custom application
development, SAP R/3 implementations, Oracle
Financial (11i) implementations, business
intelligence implementations, business
process re-engineering (BPR), change
management, and internal/peer benchmarking.
Zarar’s formal education includes an MBA in
Management Information Systems and
International Business, and a BSc. in
Finance and Economics from Minnesota State
University. He is also a Certified Project
Management Professional (PMP), Certified
Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a
candidate for Certified Management
Accountant (CMA) and Certified Internal
Auditor (CIA) programs. He has also received
several distinguished leadership and
academic accolades throughout his career,
some of which include his election in "Who's
Who Amongst Students in American
Universities & Colleges" and "Excellence in
Leadership" Award.
Zarar likes to present on the topics of
Project Management, Risk Management and IT
Audit, and also enjoys flying, golfing, reading and
spending time with his wife and two
children.

Umair Sadiq joined BN Consulting Group Inc.
in January 2006 to lead the consulting
business into its next phase of growth. He
has around 15 years of experience in project
management, ERP implementations and custom
system development, risk advisory, financial
management, change management,
strategic management, coaching and training,
and outsourcing/offshoring. He
has an extensive track record of analyzing
business needs and developing effective
solutions with strong abilities to analyzing
highly complex business problems and quickly
identifying critical areas and developing
effective solutions. Prior to joining BN
Consulting, Umair worked on World Bank
sponsored international engagements in
advisory roles for restructuring
governmental organisations to seamlessly
implement risk based audit methodology,
introducing enterprise wide
Audit Management Information System, CAATs
and SAP R/3 audit; and developing IT audit
capacity. He has also founded multiple IT and management consulting
companies and has had clients from Fortune
100 and 500 companies.
Umair has an MBA in IT and Finance, BES in
Accounting and Information Systems from
Minnesota State University and Associate
Degree in Engineering and Economics. He
is a Certified Information System Auditor
(CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA),
Certified Project Management Professional
(PMP) and has also passed Certified Public
Accountant (CPA) exam from Minnesota. In
recognition of academic excellence, he
was inducted in Beta Gamma Sigma business
honour society. He has also taught
Undergraduate and Master’s business students
in the areas of Accounting, Project
Management, IT Audit and General Business
Management.
Umair's interest lies in good governance,
ethical management, IT security, and human
capital development.

Morgan Harris |

Morgan Harris joined BN Consulting
Group Inc. November 2006. He is an
experienced professional in managing
enterprise financial conversions
and business systems projects. He
has been an independent financial
systems consultant for more than ten
years. Prior to that he worked for
a variety of public and private
sector organizations.
While focused on financial
information systems conversions and
development, Morgan has worked with
Government agencies, Crown
Corporations, Law Firms, Banking
ventures, Hospitality and Tourism
operators, Manufacturing and
Retailing organizations. Morgan has
worked for organizations based in
Canada, USA, UK and the Caribbean
region. Some of his projects
include: project management of ERP
financial conversions; custom
application design; programming and
implementation; business process
re-engineering; evaluation, design
and implementation of IT and
financial internal
controls; business application
integration; design and delivery
of software training; business
continuity planning; disaster
recovery planning; business
intelligence design and
implementation; significant support
for enterprise financial and IT
audits and reviews.
Morgan studied Accounting and
Computer Science at the University
of the West Indies and is a member
of the Information Systems Audit and
Control Association (Toronto
Chapter).
